How David Works
David combines research and practical experience with a focus on changes organisations can implement. He recognises the diversity of disability and neurodivergence and does not treat one person’s experience as representative of everyone.
Engagements begin with a conversation about your priorities, audience and existing provision. A written proposal sets out the scope, approach, deliverables, timings and fees. Relevant stakeholders are involved, with disabled people’s perspectives included where appropriate.
The approach values accessible communication, clear responsibilities and evaluation of whether changes improve people’s experience. Learning goals, supporting resources and evaluation arrangements are agreed before delivery.
